Our Private gated community of 4 Custom homes is conveniently located ½ mile off the South end of Las Vegas Blvd. and offers the Comfort and Luxury beyond what you have only imagined!!!

Flexibility

You can lease an 8 Guest suite, or 10 guest suites and a 16/18 suite for up to 70 guests. We have been able to accommodate all your needs so far but we do not offer 1 night leases as most of our clients like having several days at the beach before checking out!

You can have your pick of modern or traditional style from our wide range. From double-wide front doors, marble and distressed hardwood floors to medallion cherry cabinetry built ins throughout the home you’ll find it all in this beautiful property!

The 800 sq. ft. courtyard is the entrance to the Mini-Castle with our custom designed wrought iron gates that start the welcoming process as you enter into your Las Vegas private retreat. Our courtyard is a cozy little place to host a cocktail party, or relax on the park benches and talk with friends about the day or upcoming events. On those cold nights, sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the outside ambiance.

MINI CASTLE 2

The 600 sq ft courtyard is the entrance to the Mini-Castle with our custom designed wrought iron gates that start the welcoming process as you enter into your Las Vegas private retreat. Our courtyard is a cozy little place to host a cocktail party, or relax on the park benches and talk with friends about the day or upcoming events. On those cold nights, sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the outside ambiance. You can access the Second-Master Suite and Castle Entrance
