HOUSE RULES
1. No smoking. It’s not just cigarettes we don’t allow in the house, since marijuana is “legal”, legal or illegal drugs to include those that create a smoke or vapor.
2. No pets allowed.
- We have a strict policy of only allowing certified service animals on the premises. You must provide your proof of certification.
3. In order to provide the best possible service for our guests, we cannot allow unregistered overnight guests.
- The only exception is if you are staying with a friend who has already booked their reservation and they will register you as an additional guest when checking in.
4. We understand that accidents happen.
- Please notify manager on duty (MOD) if anything breaks.
5. Rearranging furniture is not permitted under any circumstances.
- If you must rearrange anything, please return it to its original position before check-out time. Damages caused by other guests or their belongings will be fully liable for the cost of repairs and replacements.
6. In order to preserve the beautiful property of Red Coach, please be courteous and do not leave any trash inside or outside.
- No onsite dumpster just put trash in provided city trash cans.
7. We want our home to be a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
- Respect the property and honor all agreements, or you will not be invited back.

Check Out Instructions
1. All food and beverage should be removed from the fridge
2. All dirty dishes should be placed inside the dishwasher.
3. Please bag and take out all trash to the bins out front. Backyard trash should be emptied out in the front bins as well.
4. Place used towels and linens on floor.
5. Close all windows, blinds and lock all doors.
6. Turn off all the lights.
